Came in for consult on cataract surgery and it took three hours. To me that seems a very long time to have to sit with little break. The surgery counselor looked for me in the wrong waiting room and it was a half-hour before I went looking for her. Apparently a mix-up in where I was waiting for her. Somebody dropped the ball--I understand that happens--but she did not look for me elsewhere. I was where I was told to wait. Everyone was very nice, but it was just a long, tiring process for an old lady!

Heaton Eye Associates are service oriented and made me feel well taken care of!
It was a great experience just going to my appointment and be treated very nice by the staff.The nurse and the doctor were very professional and explained every procedure. Ill recommend this place to everyone.

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Dossey is very friendly and easy to talk to. I had Glaucoma surgery and a lens in the same eye. I have been pleased with the results!
