I had LASIK surgery here and it has been a wonderful process. I was absolutely terrified of the procedure itself due to my own irrational fears but the staff at Heaton was so comforting and reassuring and as soon as it got started I was put at ease. I had horrible vision before, you could vaporize ants with my glasses in an instant . But seriously, I had the thinnest lenses out there and they were still just over a quarter of an inch thick. Dr. Nickel did an amazing job and has listened to all of my questions with great patience. Ive felt heard at every appointment and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming.
