We reccomreded this office to several other friends. All of us enjoy the effeciency of the staff. The Drs. are very very good. My best friend had eye surgery and it went perfect. My Dr. (Dossey) is very kind and honest about what I need to do for my situation. They are real people with excellent skills in this office. The optical shop is the same. Thanks Heaton I say.
My husband and I have been seen by Dr. Nickels at Heaton Eye Associates for several years. Cataract surgery for the spouse and Eye muscle surgery for me with no complications. Honesty and efficiency of the staff has been consistent. We have been encouraged to discuss our concerns. We plan to continue using Heaton Eye Associates.
