I had to bring my father for his annual diabetic eye exam and although he is hard of hearing even with his hearing aids, the staff was excellent in getting him to understand what he needed to do!! Very courteous, kind and professional!! Dr. Brice was awesome!! I will definitely be back !!
Dr. Nickel was kind, thorough, and listened well. These are wonderful qualities when one is having something done to their eyes. There were times the scheduling part of the practice was inefficient or what appeared to be random. One hand didnt always know what the other hand was doing. It worked out, and they were not the ones operating in me.
