I was there yesterday June 1st. All went well The technician I saw before Dr Nickel was very professional and very patient oriented As usual Dr Nickel was very thorough and ordered an extra scan/test for a possible problem I had. The result he prescribed a YAG procedure. Dr Nickel explained all options to my satisfaction. All other staff were super and very courteous.
Very nice and professional at every step in the process. Excellent service and results. Highly recommend!

Catherine is amazing! She was so relatable and didnt judge me for not ever wearing my glasses... oops! She made everything so simple and took her time and made me feel like I wasnt being rushed. Also, she is hilarious and will keep you laughing the entire time! Dr. Guenther is so sweet and will answer any questions you have. I highly recommend Heaton!

This was my first visit .I was very impressed from the time that I walked in the door how nice the office facilities were and how professional and courteous the staff was at the front desk.I had great customer service with the Tech Miss Adriana that assisted Dr. BriceDr Brice was very professional and thoughtful about all my concerns and questions.
