Everyone was very professional and very friendly to my daughter, they answered any questions we had without rushing us. We also did not wait very long to be called back, probably under 10 minutes at most. We will use Heaton eye associates for our family, they also had fresh coffee in the waiting room which was a bonus!

I just had my first visit to Heaton Eye Associates and I'm thrilled with the care I received. The staff members I met are kind and knowledgeable. My new eye doctor is Dr. Guenther; she is wonderful. The Athens office is great and calming. There are rocking chairs and a beautiful aquarium in the waiting room. There is a beautiful waterfall down the hall leading to the exam rooms. The exam rooms are clean and comfortable. Looking forward to a long relationship with Heaton.

Very efficient. Very friendly staff. They even have a children's room that walled off from the rest of the waiting room so your kids can play without bothering others. Kind of sound proof because my 15 month old son was squealing and jabber and the sound very muffled as Zoie and I came back to get them after her appointment. Nurse and doctor that saw her were amazing and answered all questions; explained things thoroughly. We will definitely be coming back next year.
From the front desk staff to the surgical staff amazing. So friendly not just in nature but all the time. Answered all questions do that I understood. Dr Heaton was wonderful. Very professional yet always with a smile. Would recommend %
