Dr. Carter in Athens, Tx. Is one of the best doctors Ive ever been to. She performed my cataract surgery on my right eye that was 20/1400 and I came out surgery 20/20 and would recommend her to everyone. Ive never had any doctor check up on me and personally call me and make sure I was doing OK! Makes a big difference to me. Thank you!!!!

Staff was very pleasant but professional. Explained my vision problems and what procedure would correct. Only disappointment was scheduling was so far out.

They were overly crowded, so the waiting time was extraordinary .
