Dr Marshall was very thorough. He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and put my mind at ease. The staff is always wonderful!! I have seen 4 Drs at Heaton and they are all wonderful! I highly recommend Heaton.
I visited Heaton Eye Associates August 24 th. No problems. Everyone was friendly and efficient . I was in and out in an hour. Great appointment!

Dr. Nichols performed my LASIK procedure. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Everyone was extremely courteous, efficient and professional.
Dr. Nickel and his staff are exceptional! My LASIK procedure was a breeze. Not only was Dr. Nichols extremely thorough in explaining the procedure, he goes above and beyond by praying with every one of his patients(upon their permission)prior to their surgery. The front desk, technicians, and nurses are extremely courteous and professional. Heaton Eye Associates gets a 10/10 from me!

Professional, efficient and caring staff. I saw Dr Nichol for LASIK surgery and for eye trauma after a car accident. He is a highly skilled surgeon and very thorough in the follow ups. I would highly recommend him.
