The entire staff that I had contact with were friendly, accommodating and professional.
I had a great experience with each person that helped me. They were kind and friendly as well as professional. I felt like they cared about me and listened to me. I didnt feel rushed. I will come back to Heaton Eye Associates!
Easiest decision Ive ever made!! Wow but let me tell you how amazing the crew was taking care of me and making sure I was comfortable! And Dr Risner was so great! It was painless! I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of having LASIK defiantly do it!!

I see Dr Carter 3 times a year for my dry eyes. Starting with the receptionist to the nurse, to the quality time spent with Dr Carter, to the appointment secretary, I am very pleased for the services I have received. A very thorough eye exam with all my questions answered. I was given options concerning my treatment as well as input from Dr Carter. Overall a great experience.
