They are friendly, on time, thorough, and very efficient! The assistants and dr muirhead are very personable , understanding and never in s hurry.

Heaton Eye Associates is a very professional and well organized treatment center. I was able to get a quick appointment and was treated courteously and my vision was examined thoroughly. The staff and physicians explained all as they were working and answered every question in terms I could understand. I highly recommend them.

Staff at Heaton Eye Associates are professional, knowledgeable and kind. No matter how busy the office is individual care is never rushed nor compromised. And staff have a sense of humour - I like that!
