At the door, they check your temperature and make sure that you have a mask. The wait to be called back was relatively short. The technician checked my eyes... glaucoma and vision... before the doctor came in. The doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Im glad we have a Heaton Eye Associates in Longview.
Went in for measurements prior to surgery scheduled next month. Although the tests were tiring the staff made the experience pleasant and were very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this practice.
Always a good experience. I love that I got prayed for before my surgery. Thank you, Dr. Nickel !
