I see Dr Carter 3 times a year for my dry eyes. Starting with the receptionist to the nurse, to the quality time spent with Dr Carter, to the appointment secretary, I am very pleased for the services I have received. A very thorough eye exam with all my questions answered. I was given options concerning my treatment as well as input from Dr Carter. Overall a great experience.

Everyone was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Nice clean building, great location.
Everyone was professional and caring . I was never rushed through, but felt my care and time were important to each person who took care of me. Dr. Nickel was thorough and carefully explained each option and procedure. I was very relieved to know that I would NOT be awake for the cataract surgery. I had been told by friends that they had been awake but had no pain at other clinics.
Was busy but quick. Just wish they could do without having to drive to Tyler. The young lady who measured my eyes was friendly and efficient. Over all a good experience.
