My first time at the Tyler facility and very enjoyable. All of the staff were great and Answered all my questions. Now I am ready to have my cataract surgery by Dr. Hardin. I live in Athens and their facility there is awesome as well, great staff. My husband Is a patient of Dr. Hardin as well. We highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates. I love their gold fish aquariums.

Sweetest people! Doctors are very thorough and spend plenty of time with the patient. Be careful at checkout though... for some reason they always try to charge me and I have to remind them my exams are 100% covered by insurance. The staff is great all-around. The office always looks crazy busy but they are well organized.

My son had a stye that needed to be drained as soon as possible because my insurance was about to end; they gave me the appointment the very next day.Doctor Hardin and his staff are very nice. I highly recommend Heaton eye associates. Also, I do believe that they have bilingual staff, a big plus to my hispanic community in the area.
