An impression of welcome, friendly concern and professionalism begins when you are greeted by the receptionist at the Heaton facility in Tyler. As you make your way through the examination process you quickly become aware that the same traits are shared by all staff members. Yes, lasik is bona fide eye surgery, and everyone works hard to help you feel at ease with the procedure. Expect all concerns and questions you may have prior to surgery to be answered thoroughly and patiently, and post-op is treated with equal professional caring. Strongly recommended without reservation.
I had LASIK (PRK) a few weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with the results. My experience with Heaton Eye Associates is one that I am very grateful for. I love that Dr.Heaton prayed with me before surgery. From my first visit until this morning when I went to my post-op I have been so pleased with everything.

It was my first time there they saw my little boy. Everyone there was so nice they all let him sing his ABCs to them it was great he felt comfortable there and so did I.
