Dr. Nickel and staff at Heaton Eye Associates went above and beyond meeting my expectations for LASIK. Appointments were made quickly, the flow of exams during my appointments were quick and efficient, and my questions were answered throughly putting my mind at ease. The day of surgery was fantastic. The room was dimly lit, and I was given a nice warm blanket to keep me comfortable. The procedure itself was quick, and Dr. Nickel and staff talked me through the entire thing. I am two days post-op and am seeing perfectly! I highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates!
Great group of people at Hestons Eye Associates. Everyone of the partners that I interfaced with, from the the receptionist, the young lady that tested my eyes, Dr. Nickel and the young lady explained all of my eye surgery options were very professional. I could not have asked for a better experience at a doctors office. The only thing I would like to see fixed is the survey program that I am now doing for the second time. I did it the day after my visit and again today. There is a break down somewhere in the survey system and it would save all of us time if it were fixed.

Everyone was super friendly, they were quick to get my child in when I called to make an appointment and they took great care to make us feel like we mattered as patients.
