Dr. Risner is awesome and I definitely recommend him if you are looking for an eye doctor. I recently went to Heaton with a friend and she had to have cataract surgery...the surgery was at the Tyler location and Dr. Risner was there to complete it. My friend was extremely nervous and he took the time to talk to her to try to calm her down. He also asked her if he could pray over her, and then he did. It was extremely nice to see such care and have everyone so focused on making the patient comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
