Did not have a long wait, person who first called me back was very cordial and directed me thought the bust without any problems. Dr was also detailed and answered my Questions.

Outstanding staff at the Longview clinic. After four and one half years, they referred me to a doctor that is only in town once a week and all because they said they could not afford to keep the medicine they were using for my injections. This in no way reflects on my doctor or any of the workers in the clinic, but it does reflect poorly on the top management.
I am so happy that I came here with my sister in law. I brought her up here, and I could tell this was a good place so I made an appointment and could not be happier. EVERYONE is so polite and friendly from the receptionists to getting the glasses. I rate Heaton Eye Associates higher than a 5. Thank yall sooo much.

The doctor took the time to answer my questions about my eyesight and what is happening with my age vs my eyes ! He had to tell me twice and never seamed adgitated !
