WOW!! Where do I start, its was a great experience from the time that I made it to the front desk and the person there greets you with a smile and so polite. I didnt wait long at all and within minutes I was cuffed, IV, and the nurses were great!! The doctor came in to talk to me, then the surgery nurse and anesthesiologists with good stuff and I was out . It was fast and Im in no pain. I would recommend to everyone who needs eye care or surgery.. Thank you everyone who made me feel like the most important patient..
I had my lasik surgery here last Wednesday. Dr. Nickel and staff were fantastic!! Thanks to them I can see better than ever!

The Heaton Eye personnel were very prompt at getting me in for my appointment ontime. The technician who took care of me while I was there explained all of the testing that was being done and was very courteous during the entire visit. The visit was professional and my time was managed well while there.

Dr. Nickel and staff at Heaton Eye Associates went above and beyond meeting my expectations for LASIK. Appointments were made quickly, the flow of exams during my appointments were quick and efficient, and my questions were answered throughly putting my mind at ease. The day of surgery was fantastic. The room was dimly lit, and I was given a nice warm blanket to keep me comfortable. The procedure itself was quick, and Dr. Nickel and staff talked me through the entire thing. I am two days post-op and am seeing perfectly! I highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates!
