Born and raised in Denison, Texas, Dr. Spindle is a board certified ophthalmologist and the only two-year fellowship trained Oculofacial surgeon in Tyler.
He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University and completed medical school at the University of Texas, Houston. Dr. Spindle is fellowship trained in oculoplastic, orbital and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Spindle specializes in blepharoplasty, oculoplastic trauma repair and reconstruction, skin cancer of the eyelids and surrounding areas (MOHs reconstruction), thyroid eye disease, brow lifts and cosmetic injectables and fillers.

Dr. Spindle will see patients in our Tyler and Longview offices as well as performing surgery in the Heaton Laser and Surgery Center in Tyler along with ETMC and CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Hospital.
