This was my first time using Heaton for my eye care needs. They were surprisingly efficient and had everything down to a science. The facility was extensive nice, with multiple waiting rooms from beginning to end, after each type of testing creating a very nice flow of progression. As well as the staff was extensively professional and caring. Very family friendly faculty too ,with a kids playroom.I highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates!5 Stars!!!

I was certainly surprised that I was charged an additional $45.00 for a procedure and not informed ahead of time of the additional cost .

The place is really clean nice front desk lady love the nurses at the back and she sets there explain each details. The doctor dr.carter she is really nice I've been too other eye places past years before this one I recommend heaton eye associates

Cant say enough good things about every single staff member from the moment we walked in. Its really great to see people smiling and enjoying the work they do. The staff really went above and beyond for my 4 year old daughters first time getting glasses. She now cant wait to come back! Thank yall!!
