Heaton was really fast in getting us seen when we showed up for our appointment. Dr. Jones was thorough and honest with what was going on. He has great bedside manners for my 13 year old.

I cannot recommend the team at Heaton Eye Associates enough!! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel genuinely cared for and comfortable. Managing a condition like glaucoma can be stressful, but my doctor and the nurses take the time to explain every step and ensure my vision is in the best possible hands. I always leave feeling supported, valued, and confident in my treatment plan.
