We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our practice: Dr. Logan R. Vincent, M.D. With a specialization in glaucoma treatment and management and a focus on cataract surgery, Dr. Vincent brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellent patient care to our Tyler and Longview patients.
Background and Education
Originally hailing from Louisiana, Dr. Vincent’s journey to becoming an ophthalmologist has taken him through institutions across the South. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University before obtaining his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. His dedication to ophthalmology led him to complete his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident from 2019 to 2020. Dr. Vincent further honed his skills through a fellowship in Glaucoma at El Paso Eye Surgeons in Texas.
Passions Beyond Medicine
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vincent leads a vibrant life. An avid outdoorsman, he finds joy in skiing and hunting, embracing the beauty of nature whenever he can. In his leisure time, you might find him enjoying a round of disc golf, exploring new culinary experiences at local restaurants, or indulging in classic films from around the world.
