Narmeen Ahmed, O.D., is a therapeutic optometrist serving patients at our Tyler location. She was born in Dallas and raised in Tyler, TX.
Dr. Ahmed graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her Optometry (O.D.) doctorate from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, TX, where she was a part of ASOA (AOA + Leadership Society) and Treasurer of the Νational Optometric Student Association 2023-2024.
Dr. Ahmed enjoys working closely with the Ophthalmologists at Heaton Eye Associates, providing comprehensive eye exams, pre- and post-operative care for LASIK and Cataract surgery, and Ocular disease.
When not at the clinic, she enjoys traveling the world, working out, going to concerts, trying out new restaurants and cafés/coffee shops, and hanging out with her two cats, Griffin and Buddy.
