Had my Lasik done a few days ago. awesome team, comfortable and clean facility. Was in and hour in under two hours.

Had cataract surgery & extremely impressed with Dr Nickel & all the staff @ Heaton. Dr actually took time to call & check on me post op which meant a lot. Loved MDs taking time to pray with their pts in pre-op. I would gladly give them a 5 star but the wait in their office is not good! Sometimes 2 hrs or more for a 10 min appt. & pts in waiting room discussing they all experienced long waits.

Staff well prepared and organized. Very friendly very helpful and timely
Had cataract surgery & 1 day postop for 2nd eye & im out of readers as I post this Dr Nickel & staff are very personable! Dr prayed with me in pre-op & I heard another MD doing the same which was appreciated. The only negative is wait times which I found to be excessive & heard conversations of other pts saying the same thing.
