After a short wait, the doctor came in covered the pros and cons of my exam and professionally made recommendations and wanted a visit with me for a checkup in one year. Great service very nice people

Everybody at Eeatons is super friendly, all very accommodating and patient and very polite, dr. Reisner great surgeon did both my cataracts turned out great, anesthesiologist was great , everybody's extremely nice in Tyler where you get your surgery everybody's wonderful and Longview office dr. Donovan is great to, there's some wonderful news they're building surgery in Longview right next door to their office they're breaking ground I think that's great if you live in Longview don't have to go to Tyler,all the ladies and gentlemen that work there to make everything runs smooth that do all the tests with your eyes they're all funny and talkative make you feel comfortable, the people that make your appointments try to work with you if you're not an early person they tried to make an appointment a little bit better if possible or vice a versa I have nothing but good things to say about my whole experience I would recommend all of it 100% to anyone who needs any kind of eye care and surgery to go to Heatons
