The front office staff were courteous and very nice. I was seen within minutes of my arrival. I needed some additional testing, where the instructions were very clear.I WISH I had remembered the technicians name that did my field test. She was patient and repeated her instructions when needed. Dr. Risner's examination was thorough and I have complete confidence in his treatment. All in all, for they EARNED my 5 stars!

My special needs client sees Dr. Dossey. The Dr. is always very patient with him and is knowledgeable in what care needs are appropriate. All of the staff are professional yet friendly

Took my son in for red and itchy eyes. Dr Marshall suggested that we get some further allergy testing done to identify the specific allergy since this has been an ongoing issue for my son. It was great to have a doctor who cared enough to suggest looking for the deeper cause of the problem. Well be continuing all of our eye care with Heaton Eye Associates.
