Dr. Carter in Athens, Tx. Is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She performed my cataract surgery on my right eye that was 20/1400 and I came out surgery 20/20 and would recommend her to everyone. I've never had any doctor check up on me and personally call me and make sure I was doing OK! Makes a big difference to me. Thank you!!!!
