Got me in timely manner! Very friendly staff!

I had LASIK surgery here and it has been a wonderful process. I was absolutely terrified of the procedure itself due to my own irrational fears but the staff at Heaton was so comforting and reassuring and as soon as it got started I was put at ease. I had horrible vision before, you could vaporize ants with my glasses in an instant . But seriously, I had the thinnest lenses out there and they were still just over a quarter of an inch thick. Dr. Nickel did an amazing job and has listened to all of my questions with great patience. I've felt heard at every appointment and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming.

At Heaton Eye Associates, Tyler, tech Kelly was kind, professional and thorough. She listened to my med history and answered my questions in a way that I understood. Dr. Guenther and the five staff members I encountered were friendly and professional. I came away from my first appointment feeling I had the right treatment plan. As my body matures, ahem, ages, I feel I have the best team for my vision care. Thanks Heaton Tyler!
