Heaton Eye Associates are always professional, thorough and manage appointment times well so that you rarely are kept waiting very long. This timeliness is very welcomed as other eye groups in Tyler cam keep you waiting over an hour just to go into a room and then another 45 minutes before the physician ever sees you. I feel like Heaton really respects their patients time well.

Everyone there was so nice and made me feel welcome. They took time on my eye test and not rush me through when they ask me which one was more clear. Masks were mandatory and I was very proud of that. My next eye visit will be with them.
