The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in the treatment of my cataracts. The procedure went very smoothly. I also like the fact that the doctor offered to pray with me prior to the procedure.

I am so glad to be a patient of Heaton Eye Assoc. in Tyler. I have been under Dr. Nickel's care for about 4 years and am very thankful for the care and guidance he has given me in my vision.He has really been so careful and underdtanding of my needs and expectations. He has guided me through my eyes specific condition and specialized surgery and on through the perfect timing for cataracts and the perfect lens for me with the Vivity lens. I trust the care of Dr. Nickel and am so happy with the outcome of my vision enhancement. I am amazed at the remarkable improvement in my vision! It truly improves my quality of life.
