Service was 5 Star but my appointment was for 1:20 PM and they did not call me until almost 2 PM.

They have improved on getting you in and out quicker. I did have about a 30 minute wait until the doctor saw me though.

You are in the best hands at Heaton. Cataract surgery went so smoothly. Dr. Heaton and his whole staff are so nice. Plus you get a nice pair of sunglasses after surgery. They have an eyeglass inside their practice too! They are first class.
