It was a different experience. The technician actually completed the exam. Asked questions, documented was very thorough. After she dilated my eyes she brought me to a different exam room for the doctor. The doctors exam completed the internal view of my eyes. Noticed early early stages of cataracts. The technician had documented so well the doctor was able to address a few of my issues.

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Nickel, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and even pleasant. Every member of Dr. Nickels team was incredibly kind and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the process.Dr. Nickel himself was exceptional. He treated me with the utmost respect, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood every aspect of the procedure. He provided detailed pre- and post-operative instructions, giving me all the information I needed and more.His calm and caring demeanor, combined with his expertise, gave me complete confidence in his care.
