Dr. David Risner is a very capable doctor and friend. My experience with Heaton Eye Associates is now two very thorough eye examinations. From the front receptionist and throughout the series of stations, all staff were professional and kind. The Question was asked, would you recommend Heaton Eye Associates? I already have. Yesterday a co-worker asked me, who examined your eyes today? I gave him both Heaton and Dr. Risners names and the Longview location.Thank you,JA Frazier, Marshall, TX

My surgery day started pretty slow, about an hour and thirty minutes late on their part. However when they called me back things went pretty quick! Nursing questions, IV, visit with the Anesthesiologist, then Dr. Heaton went quick. Dr. Heaton said a prayer and we were off to surgery. Cant tell you much because they use meds that make you forget! Dont remember it taking long, then we were out, and on my way home!!! By the next day appt I was seeing clearly 20/20!!! Cant wait for the other eye to be done on the 14th!!!

Aside from being a great person shes an amazing eye doctor! Her staff was great and very polite, informative and caring. I would give it more stars if I could!!

This office is so very professional. All of the staff and Dr. Hardin are extremely courteous and helpful with any questions you may have. I learned that I have cataracts and I will be having cataract surgery, and I am very confident with Dr. Harden and for all of my care after that in his office
