My first time at Heaton Eye Associates and it was amazing. All doctors were in and waiting rooms were full and I thought this could take a while. By the time I filled out my new patient information I may have waited 10 minutes and I was with Dr. Nichols assistant doing a thorough check of my vision with several different types of equipment. I was impressed how thorough the exam was. Then Dr. Nichol explained All of the results to me very clearly and asked me questions about my history and explained all my options for what I wanted to do next. Im pretty picky but it was All really Great.

They lost my glasses but other than that it was great. Would recommend

Very well run, friendly staff. Dr. Risner seems very efficient at what he does. My husband John is recovering nicely.
