Both Leigh and Dr. LeBis were excellent. Check in was pleasant and checkout was seamless. So nice to have a great experience all the way around! And I have already recommended Heaton!

Staff was efficient but not especially friendly or helpful. Exam was efficient and professional. Dr. Was helpful in options available for me.

Dr Guenther has got to be the most kind and caring Dr I have ever met. She takes her time with you and really makes you feel you are important. Didnt take as long to get in and out this time. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you

What a fantastic office! I was in building 2 for my exam and it is a beautiful new remodeled office. Very calming interior - which is important to me because I get very anxious going to the eye doctor. My ophthalmology assistant, Lidia, was fantastic! She talked me through my concerns and the puff of air test (which I usually fail so many times) I got on the first try with her. She kept me informed of the process and very calm. She was phenomenal! Dr Marshall was as fantastic as usual! Ive been going to see him since high school and I now make the drive from Longview. He definitely listens to any concerns I have and doesnt let issues go unchecked. I will go see him until I cant (eye joke)! Thank you Dr Marshall and Lidia!!
