Always pleasant to come here. The staff is polite and friendly. Jackie did my exam and was great. She explained everything as we went along and was very kind. Dr. Brice went over the results in a clear and concise manner.

I think Dr. Marshal is very knowledgeable. I learned a few things about my eyes from questions I asked him. Everything was great right up to the point of buying my glasses, then they tell me that they dont accept my insurance for that and that they would be over $600. Needles to say, I took my prescription to Americas Best, and my insurance paid for everything. Foster Grant frames, dual vision, progressive lenses and all. Heaton takes my insurance for everything else that they do.
