My tech was awesome yesterday. She called me to get started before I could sit down in the waiting room. She updated my medical info and took the necessary photos of the inside of my eyes. She dilated my eyes and took me directly to the exam room where I only waited for Dr. Risner about 10 minutes. He reviewed my medical eye history and issues with me and looked in my eyes. He completed a new refraction and scheduled a new appointment in 1 year. He told me to call if I have any eye issues before new appointment.

Dr. Jones is fantastic with children. If your child/children have issues check in with him at Heaton Eye Associates. He will take care of them, I had concerns but he did so well in treating my child. Also he reassured me as a parent that she would be alright. And I trust him and his co workers. They were fantastic.
