Everything was explained so that the experience had no surprises. No apprehension the day of surgery. Felt very cared for. Like a VIP! Very important patient!! Lovely facility with very caring staff. Dr Nickel is professional but caring and supportive. Looking forward to repairing the second eye. Ill be recommending this Dr and facility to anyone needing optical services.
