Overall the experience wasnt that bad. The two ladies up front seem to be bothered when myself and an elderly lady came to check in. They were very short to explain of what they were asking of us. At the same time rushing us to get away. The back the doctor and staff was wonderful. The lady that help me with my contacts is great she is always cheerful and helpful.

Dr. Muirhead saw my husband yesterday. My husband has dementia, and Dr. M was very thorough and patient with him as were the techs working with him.

Dr. Carter is awesome! She genuinely cares about your eye health and wants to make sure you are comfortable at all times. She is patient, understanding and thoroughly explains what is needed to get your eyes healthy and feeling great! I definitely recommend Dr. Carter and the entire Heaton team!
