Excellent Care. My appointment was Wednesday on November 7, 2024 with Dr Nickel. The lady Esther was so professional. I was concerned about some things I didn't understand and she was polite and very kind. She assured me she would relate all the information over to the Dr. Dr Nickel is very nice and always explains what's going on with the eye test and reports. I think Esther should be recognized because she is truly a nice young lady and in many ways is the Face of Heaton Eye Associates by how well she treats the patients.

Referred here for a cataract procedure. The office was very helpful and friendly. The physician explained the procedure well. It was a very quick and comfortable procedure and exceeded my expectation. I was most impressed with a Dr that prays with you beforehand.

Tiffany made me feel very comfortable as she administered several tests. Dr. Dossey was very professional and I loved his pleasant and calm demeanor. I felt I was getting the best possible care. Kudos also to Kourtney who was nice and quietly professional.
