Mrs.Gunther was very polite. She took her time to explain to me the answers about all of my concerns about my childs vision. And she also gave me recommendations to another doctor to help with my childs development in the future.

My interactions with Dr. HEATON were superb, as usual. The wait time is excessively long and should be addressed. If you get an appointment for 915, thats when most people think they are seeing the doctor. In this office, they will be getting about one or 1 1/2 hours of testing after which they see The doctor. Patient should be informed about when they will be seen and when the testing will be done.

Dr Carter is amazing! She is so nice explains everything well. The staff were all great as well. My experience there was exceptional from check-in all the way through. I highly recommend Dr Carter Heaton Eye Associates.
