From the moment I walked into Athens clinic I felt welcome. I was greeted, checked in, was escorted back for scheduled appt, within 5 minutes. Immediately, the tech did all that was required, very knowledgeable, friendly service provided,, placed in room for Dr. Brice and his assistant, within 6 minutes they were in the room with me. Dr Brice did the exam, explained everything to me, asked if I had questions? Answered all my questions, and I was given 2 referrals, one was made by staff while I was in office and the other was called to me within 30-35 minutes after leaving clinic. Very pleased with entire visit today with entire staff at Heatons Eye Clinic in Athens, Texas.

Dr. Nickel and all of the staff were very kind. I was a bit anxious about having my cataracts removed, but they have made me feel more at ease. I feel confident they will take good care of me.

I really like how they delegate portions of the exam to others. Its nice not to have to wait for the Doctor to begin.
