Everyone was very nice and polite. The young lady that did the testing was very professional and thorough. I complemented her for speaking loud enough for me to hear her, so many people dont speak up around seniors. Dr Muirhead was also friendly and thorough. Everything was sanitized prior to usage. The entire experience was five star.
