Very nice and directional crew! Dr. Heaton was very sweet and even prayed with me before my Lasik!

The only issue I had was I was coming in for a diabetic exam and a prescription for new glasses. The eye exam fell on major medical insurance while the prescription for new glasses would have fallen on a secondary insurance like VSP. However the vision insurance I have they did not accept so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for that portion of the exam while Blue Cross Blue shield paid for the major medical part of the exam. When they called me the only verified the major medical it would be nice if they would approved and asked questions like if I was getting a prescription for new glasses and if I had secondary coverage for that so they could have verified it. Had I known I would have only done the medical appointment here for my diabetic eye exam and would have gone to a eyeglass doctor to get my prescription for new glasses. Other than that very professional.

I was very pleased with the staff. The young lady that helped me the other day was very efficient and I enjoyed my visit and Dr. Harden hes the best
