It was a good check up. Everyone was courteous/polite.

This was my first time at this facility and I would recommend this doctor whole heartedly. He was patient with my questions, listened carefully and kept me from panicking at a surprise diagnosis by his calm manner. Additionally, the physician assistant who did my intake tests was thorough, professional ,kind, friendly and just so nice to work with. One caveat, though: they are busy here so be patient.

Very quiet calm inviromet everyone there were cheerful and happy and they knew their job . The entire facility was clean and inviting been seeing doctor Marshall and his associates since 2017. I unable to drive or go to my job because I could not see .My previous Eye doctor said nothing to worry about you have cataracts but the need to grow before any surgery can be done. I waited a few months I had to retire because of this. I went to Heaton within a few weeks my cataracts were removed and now I have good vision and I do not have to depend on glasses. I am well pleased with Dr Marshall and his ability to correct a person's eyesight.
