Having worked in the healthcare field for 30 years, it becomes easy to find faults within the domain of healthcare operation. With the staff, procedures or the doctors. In my visits to Heaton Eye Associates I have not seen any problems. The staff is always a 110 percent giving into seeing that your visits are pleasant and very professional, yes I do try to trip them up by asking questions I know that they should not answer. They don't fall for it. Dr Heaton is a very well respected physican and explains what you need to know. Other clinics should take lessons.
Every staff member I met on my visit was so knowledgeable and friendly! There was no one that rated less than EXCELLENT!

Had a great time. Little anxious for my first time surgery. All went well.All the people were courteous and kind.A 100% team effort!

My appointment was at 2:40.I arrived at 2:20 to fill out paperwork. I was not called back until after 3.Other than that, it was great.Julia took good care of me , and was very efficient and professional.
