This is an excellent facility. Patient care begins at the front desk. They are polite, caring, genuine, informative. The waiting room is clean and pleasant including the fish tanks. They are timely! The medical staff is professional. I wish other medical facilities would go take lessons at Heaton on how to treat patients.

Brenda is the best ophthalmic technician I have ever seen. She is congenial, professional, and she knows what she is doing. She gave me the easiest eye test for glasses I have ever had.
