Absolutely polite, personal, professional, patient and helpful personnel. Terrific first experience with Dr Risner and each and every one of his wonderful supporting staff at Heaton. Patiently answered all of my questions without trying to push any of the more costly procedures on me, which I truly appreciated. They earned my trust!
