I had the new EVO ICL here at Heaton in Longview 3 weeks ago. The best thing I have ever done for myself. Heaton has the best nurses and staff. Dr. Risner was informative and listened to all my concerns. Had the surgery and it went fantastic. Worn glasses since age 8. No more glasses and have 20/15 vision.
