I called the office two days before Thanksgiving with a sudden visual problem. The nurse returned my call and got me into the office that day when there was a cancellation. Dr.Dossey explained the problem and took care of the situation. All staff very professional. I also had minimal wait time.

Dr. Hardin is very professional, thorough and friendly. Jackie was exceptionally thorough and friendly. The front desk staff could not have been better.

Can never go wrong with Heaton Eye. They always get my prescription right and offer the right contacts. I wished they still had Renew in Tyler or Longview so I could get a facial done right after.
