Very professional and caring staff. Quick and efficient. As soon as I walked through the door I was instantly greeted with a good morning, how can we help you today?. Customer service now days seems like a lost art so I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Cynthia did a great job with my initial lasik exam. Followed by Carla patiently answering any questions I had. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative.Update*Recently had Lasik preformed br Dr Dossey and his incredible staff. The staff is still just as kind and personable as ever before. Seamless process through pre-op - to post op. Couldnt be happier with the results . Thanks again Heaton.

Dr. Guenther was very nice, informative and helpful with my great aunt who is older and has trouble hearing and understanding. She took her time and repeated herself when needed with no hesitation and a great chair side manner. Heather was also amazing and very sweet!
