This is an update. After the horrible experience we had, they called and sorted out my disabled grandsons needs. They were absolutely amazing with him. They also have a new Doctor... WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! She is FANTASTIC!! Thank you to the team!

Dr. Dossey and the entire staff at Heaton are very nice. They are knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable from the time you enter the facility until you checkout and leave. I always have a great experience when I come. I have told lots of friends and family about Heaton Eye Associates whenever they are in need of eyecare services.
